This course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults and children.. The online portion of this blended course features award-winning simulation learning – an interactive experience where you will respond to real-world emergencies in a virtual setting. Allow up to 3 hours to complete the online portion of the FIRST AID, CPR/AED training. N O T E: A VALID EMAIL IS REQUIRED FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION WITH HYPERLINKS TO DO THE ONLINE PORTION OF THE CLASS AND FOR YOUR DIGITAL Course Completion Documentation. **This course is taught online only (accessed via mobile desktop or tablet) and does not meet OSHA requirements for workplace certification. To receive a valid 2 year Red Cross digital certificate that is OSHA compliant and meets other workplace and regulatory requirements you must enroll in an instructor-led skill session within 90 days of completing the online course which is an additional cost. We recommend choosing the full BL course OR scheduling your "skills assessment" within 90 days to taking the online course, to meet OSHA requirements.

***Cancellation Policy*** Refund Policy**** Online only sessions-No Refund Please note: All in person classes must have a minimum of 4 participants in order for class to proceed. If class has to be cancelled due to low enrollment, currently enrolled participants will be rescheduled at no charge. If you have to cancel a class enrollment (& request a refund) there is a non-negotiable $25.00 processing fees for cancellation with refund request. Initial deposit is Non-refundable. No Show- If a customer does not show up for his/her registered class, 1 (one) reschedule is allowed, within 30 days of original date $25 reschedule fee is assessed. No show to rescheduled or second date- no refund will be given. This policy applies to all courses. Please note do not get a refund for classroom space, class training equipment, or any last minute preparations preparing for your class. The moment you register is the moment we start working to provide you with the best quality instructors, facility and equipment possible. Refund Policy- If a class has to be cancelled (low enrollment, etc..) and the customer does not want to be rescheduled, MY CPR CERTS will issue a refund minus $10 merchant processing fee. Refunds will be processed 45 days after request by customer. Charge back Claims. When a customer files a charge back claim for which the above organization respectfully disagree that the customer is not entitled to their funds, there will be a $25.00 fee for fees charged to us by our merchant bank for disputing the charge back.
